With ITISeasy.business, conducting and creating surveys is no problem. Various question and answer options provide you with the optimal opportunity to identify opinions within your company.
Create Surveys Easily
Survey creation begins with the formulation of relevant questions. In this example, we are creating a satisfaction survey aimed at capturing the opinions of employees.
Of course, the survey can be used repeatedly, for instance, once a year with minor adjustments reflecting changes that have arisen in the workplace.
Creating Questions
When it comes to question creation, you have the option to choose from various question types. Should employees fill in text boxes, select numerical values, or choose from multiple answer options? Decide based on the nature of the question and its content to derive opinions most effectively.
Conditional Queries
It is common to display certain questions only when a preceding question has been answered with a specific value. This conditional query is illustrated in the screenshot. The question being edited here is only asked when the triggering question, "How do you rate the work atmosphere in the company?" is answered with "Unpleasant."
Matrix Questions
To obtain as many responses as possible in a short amount of time, you can also utilize the matrix question feature in the module.
Both sides of the matrix need to be defined in the settings beforehand.
Evaluation of your Surveys
Graphical Evaluation
Each question and its responses can be analyzed both graphically and in tabular form. The type of question (multiple choice, number of responses, etc.) is also displayed in the analysis, making it easy to interpret the results.
Tabular Evaluation
In this case, tabular evaluation displays a matrix question where each provided response option is shown with its exact percentage.
Depending on the evaluation scenario, you can choose which format is better suited. For presentations, graphics are often preferred, while tables are more useful for management decisions.
