Mixed Order Lines

The example alongside illustrates two entries in the order lines. In the first case, it represents a one-time service that appears only once on the invoice.

The second entry is a recurring service that is billed continuously. This allows for realistic orders to be depicted within a single order without the need to separately consider one-time and recurring services

One - Time Services

appear in the initial contract and are only billed during the first contract period. This is indicated by the absence of contract details when the product is opened from the order lines in the individual view.

Recurring Services

are also displayed in the order lines and can be added. In the screenshot adjacent, you can see the contract details that are inherited from the contract information in the order. They can also be different for each order line, deviating from the general contract details.

Linking Purchasing and Sales Transactions

Creating a New Sales Contract

When creating a new sales contract, there is the option to link and create a purchase contract.

As seen in the screenshot, a product offered in the sales contract simultaneously triggers the creation of a supplier contract for procuring the product.

Creating a Sales Price Category

In order to link the purchase with the sales contract, you must first set up a sales category (in this case, server rental) and provide the necessary information such as supplier, prices, units, and quantities.

The sales price category is then linked to the sales contract, as shown in the upper screenshot.

Purchase Contract

If the 'Create Supplier Contract' checkbox is active on the contract, and a sales price category is specified, confirming the contract will automatically generate the corresponding purchase contract in draft form
